Our Story
Born Near the Gir Forest
Growing up in the revenue villages near the Gir Forest, milk and ghee were part of daily life — not labels on shelves. Gir cow milk was slowly turned into curd at home, hand-churned using the traditional Bilona method, separating butter with patience and care.
That butter was gently simmered into ghee — unhurried, aromatic, and true to its nature.
Those memories of food made slowly and honestly are what gave birth to VANORGO.
